Returns & Refund Policy

Terms of Use and Returns:

  • 1- To place an order through the website, you must register an account and provide basic delivery information such as the recipient's name, correct contact number, and the address where delivery will be made.
  • 2- To deliver the order as quickly as possible to the customer's home in any area of Kuwait without any delay, the area address, block number, main street name, and nearest landmark in the area must be specified. Changing the address after sending the order requires the customer to contact the shipping company that the customer was informed the shipment was made through and provide them with the new address.
  • 3- Delivery to all areas of Kuwait takes from one to two hours, while in remote areas it may be slightly delayed, and delivery most of the time may be before that.

Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

- Delivery within Kuwait is free through Spirit Mum and Mini company vehicles and drivers on the same day or the next day depending on product availability in the branch and order time.

- Delivery outside Kuwait to all countries worldwide with DHL takes 5 to 10 working days, sometimes more or less depending on the area.

Returns

Before shipping the order outside Kuwait or delivering it within Kuwait, you can contact us to cancel at 0096590005739. In case of wanting to return the order after shipping and receiving the order, you must provide us with all data by contacting 0096590005739 within 7 days from the date of receiving the product by the customer. The product must be in its original condition without opening the boxes or packaging and unused, otherwise it will not be returned or replaced. All items in the offer package must be returned and their value received at the time of the offer, and this is in the case of returning items that were purchased during the offer period. In case of wanting to return the order before the shipping process or the order was cancelled due to product unavailability, amounts will be refunded to the same card used in the electronic payment process within one week to 3 weeks from the time of order cancellation.

Products that are not returned or replaced once received from the customer are:

  • • Items that require special storage conditions such as refrigerator storage, milk, and baby food.
  • Partial refund: For products returned between 8-14 days of receipt or for products showing slight signs of use, a restocking fee of 15% may be charged.
  • • Deodorants and personal care products for women except in case of manufacturing defect in the product.
  • • Medical corsets and their accessories and others.
  • • Products opened or used by the customer or whose original condition has changed or whose packaging has been deformed due to poor preservation or use by the customer.

- The product is returned within the specified period above and amounts are refunded to the same card used in the electronic payment process within one week to 3 weeks from confirming acceptance of the return, after the shipping company representative receives the product from the customer (or Spirit Mum and Mini representative) and the product arrives at Spirit Mum and Mini and is inspected.
